Problem and Example Supplement

The following information is available about solutions:

1. A complete Solutions Manual that contains problem solutions for the text. This Manual, as well as additional material, is exclusively for authorized instructors.  Access requires a login ID and a password for our server. Please contact Oxford University Press via email, or with a written request on official stationary, for this access.  If you have requested such access and are having problems, there are a few hints here.
   
2. A partial list of answers to problems, available to students and general readers.
   
3. Supplementary examples, problems, and discussion. Examples have complete solutions, while problems provide additional practice on the concepts in the text.  Discussion material will be used to supplement the information in the existing chapters of the book.
